Terms and Conditions — 9p999 Platform Rules & Usage

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 9p999 platform, including the website at 9p999.onl, the 9p999 mobile application, and all services provided through those channels. By registering an account or continuing to use 9p999 after these Terms are updated, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them.

9p999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for Pakistani players. All accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. These Terms apply to all users regardless of which section of the platform they use — sports betting, bingo, fish games or any other available feature.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform. If you have questions about anything in this document, contact 9p999 support before registering.

To register and use a 9p999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own identity and payment details.
• You must not already hold an active 9p999 account. Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and balance forfeiture.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded, self-excluded or banned from the platform for any previous violation of these Terms.

9p999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification checks. Verification is a standard process and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing — it is a routine requirement for all accounts that reach certain activity thresholds.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 9p999 will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately and change your password.

All transactions on 9p999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9p999 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing details are displayed at the time of making a deposit.

Deposits are typically reflected in your PKR balance within minutes when using JazzCash or Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing time. If a deposit does not appear within the expected window, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• 9p999 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of an account holder.
• Deposited funds are held as a PKR balance in your account and can be used for all available games and sports betting on the platform.
• 9p999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before depositing.
• 9p999 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if there are grounds to suspect the payment source does not match account details.

Withdrawal requests can be made from your 9p999 account at any time, subject to your account being verified and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Silver and above receive priority queue processing. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive same-day processing as standard. These timelines apply to processing on 9p999's side — the time for funds to appear in your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account depends also on the receiving institution's own processing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that belong to you and match your verified account identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• 9p999 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice and is not cause for concern if your account details are accurate.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering through bonus funds, once all wagering requirements are met, form part of withdrawable balance.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed per tier in the VIP section. Higher limits are available to players at Gold tier and above.

9p999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, PSL and cricket-specific promotions, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all 9p999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, separate from your real-money PKR balance, until wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, bingo and fish games may have different contribution rates — check the specific offer terms for details.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and associated winnings are removed from your account.
• 9p999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in and started wagering, 9p999 will honour the terms as they stood at the time you opted in.

Sports betting on 9p999 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, football and esports, among other available markets. All bets are placed in PKR and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and active for that market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, 9p999's settlement rules for that event type will apply. Generally, if fewer than the minimum required overs of a cricket match are completed, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the sports betting help section.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 9p999 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and return stakes to the player's PKR balance.
• Multiple bets (accumulators) are settled once all legs are confirmed. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs.
• Live betting markets are available on selected matches. Odds during live betting change rapidly. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is final.

9p999 offers bingo rooms and fish games in addition to sports betting. All games use your PKR balance and all winnings are credited in PKR. The following general rules apply to all non-sports game activity on the platform:

• Each bingo room has a stated ticket price in PKR and a stated prize pool or prize structure. These are displayed before you purchase tickets.
• Bingo results are determined by a certified random number generator. 9p999 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Fish game mechanics, multipliers and prize structures are displayed within each game. These games involve skill and chance in varying combinations depending on the specific title.
• Any technical fault or disconnection during a game session that results in an incomplete round will be handled according to the game's own return-to-player rules. In most cases, incomplete rounds are either completed automatically or the stake is returned.
• Winnings from bingo and fish games are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement and are withdrawable subject to any applicable wagering requirements from active bonuses.

The 9p999 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All new registered accounts start at Bronze tier automatically. Progression through tiers is based on wagering activity over rolling periods as defined in the VIP programme details on the VIP page.

• VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your PKR balance automatically. The cashback percentage increases with each tier.
• VIP benefits including priority withdrawals, higher limits and personal account managers are active for as long as you maintain the qualifying tier.
• Tier status is reviewed periodically. If activity drops below the threshold for your current tier, you may be moved to a lower tier. You will be notified before this happens.
• VIP cashback and rewards are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated in the VIP programme terms.
• 9p999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not remove rewards already earned under the previous structure.

9p999 is a platform for adults who play within their personal budget and time limits. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity responsibly. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and the ability to request a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion from your account settings.

• You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account at any time. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can use the self-exclusion tool to close your access for a chosen period. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or wager, and 9p999 will not send you promotional communications.
• Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts. Doing so violates these Terms and any new account found to belong to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately.
• 9p999 encourages all players to set a budget before playing and to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a way to generate income.

By using 9p999, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other accounts to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures (collusion).
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Uploading, transmitting or sharing any content through the platform that is abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise harmful.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the 9p999 platform, content or software.

Violation of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9p999 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent exclusion without prior notice where serious violations are detected.

9p999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months. Inactive accounts may be closed and any remaining PKR balance handled in accordance with the dormant account policy communicated at the time of closure.
• At the player's own request, including through self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected error or misunderstanding, contact support with relevant documentation. 9p999 will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If your account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms violations, the decision is final and balances associated with the violating activity will not be returned.

9p999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• 9p999 is not liable for losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems on your end, or scheduled maintenance periods.
• 9p999 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own decisions while using the platform. All sports bets and game plays carry financial risk and results are not guaranteed.
• To the maximum extent permitted, 9p999's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9p999 may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via in-app notification or email.

Continuing to use the platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using 9p999 and request account closure before the changes take effect.
